In 2020, Birdfy took flight to make birdwatching fun and easy for everyone! With a foundation in smart camera tech, we brought backyard birds straight to your device. As a sub-brand of Netvue Technologies, we used over 20 years of experience in smart home gear to create our first hit - the Birdfy Feeder. Now, we’ve expanded into feeders, birdhouses, and more, all designed to enhance your birdwatching experience by making it easy to spot, identify, and share those special moments.

How Birdfy Started?

Our Unexpected First Step

Birdfy was born under the wing of Netvue Technologies Co., Ltd. Before we took off, Netvue had already built a reputation with high-quality security cameras, paired with a user-friendly app that provides livestreams and event alerts.

It all started when we noticed our outdoor camera users sharing stunning clips of backyard bird visitors on social media, tagging them with #CaughtonNetvue. That got us so obsessed and thinking, "Why not create a camera just for birdwatching?" The time was right during the pandemic, when that connection was more important than ever. We wanted to bring nature closer to everyone and help people release mental pressure by connecting to extraordinary little creatures.

And so, Birdfy’s journey began with our first product - the Birdfy Feeder. More than just a bird feeder, it’s an easy access for everyone to admire birds’ busy lives. It alerts you when birds arrive, helps you identify them, and lets you enjoy those moments up close.
